Please Note: Clients must pre-register. Please call to make an appointment (walk-in clients are often not able to be seen due to other scheduled appointments).

The Client Care Coordinator also manages medical records, incoming/outgoing referrals, liaises with Wellness Centre Staff, and assists with administration of the clinic area.

To inquire about services, register, and book appointments contact the Client Care Coordinator, Dannielle Roach – ext. 226

These providers offer Primary Care Services (health promotion, disease prevention, health maintenance, counseling, patient education), not acute care or emergency care. In the case of an emergency please call 9-1-1.
